The Elela Attah Foundation exists to inspire, empower, and equip young people - especially in underserved communities across Nigeria and Africa - with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to rise as transformational leaders.
Take two minutes to hear why we exist - and why we believe every young African girl child deserves the chance to lead.
We onboarded partner schools, finalized our six-module leadership curriculum, and selected pilot schools across Benue State.
Weekly in-school leadership sessions launched across our pilot schools, pairing students with mentors and civic leaders.
We measured impact, gathered feedback from students and facilitators, and began shaping our plan to expand beyond Benue State.
We work hand-in-hand with schools, communities, and stakeholders to design and deliver programs that actually meet the need in front of us.
